Pool party
Since the last update, we have had 48 new pools deployed on the GYSR platform! This includes 5 pools on mainnet and 43 on Polygon. Of these new pools, 23 were Fountains, 7 were Geysers, and 18 were Aquariums.
Notably, Solace (coverage) launched a new pool using our joint solution with Gelato for Uniswap v3 liquidity mining. You can read more about that use case here.
Perion (NFT x gaming) has also launched two new pools for liquidity mining and token distribution.
Unibright has launched a set of pools for proxy staking on the Baseledger network. This solution will allow users to delegate their staked position to network validators and earn rewards.
Integrations
Multiple exciting integrations have just launched!
We built a new Snapshot strategy to count votes for tokens staked in any GYSR pool. This enables inclusive and incentivized governance for project communities. The integration supports both ERC20 and NFT staking.
Even more, all GYSR pools are now automatically integrated into DeBank portfolio tracking! This lets users easily monitor all of their staking positions in one place.
Documentation
One of the least sexy, but most valuable, updates we could possibly share - we have finally published a brand new set of documentation for GYSR!
As an open platform, self-service and discovery is critical to growing usage and adoption. The new docs include platform overview, usage guides and tutorials, detailed technical references, and much more. Check it out!
ETH Denver
In mid-February, the team traveled out to Denver for the annual flagship conference. We had a really good productive week full of great conversations, tons of business development, and some cool new ideas. Check out this thread on takeaways from ETH Denver.
We also handed out fresh GYSR swag
Held token ERC proposal
We have continued driving the discussion to develop an ERC standard for held token ownership. This would allow tokens to be concurrently used within DeFi mechanisms and for ownership/balance verification within gaming, PFPs, art galleries, memberships, etc.
Recently, we finalized a reference implementation and formally opened the proposal as an EIP draft.
More information can be found in the discussion thread here.
Development updates
We rolled out a major upgrade to the GYSR discover page to improve filtering and search. This allows users to very easily find pools based on schedule, TVL, APR, and more 🔍
We have also recently added a new set of capabilities to the GYSR subgraph to support Uniswap v3 and Gelato G-UNI token pricing. This upgrade also included various improvements for efficiency and stability.
On the core contract side, we are heads down building a new set of modules! More alpha soon.
And finally, we are growing the development team! We have lots of cool ideas and need more hands on keyboards! If you are interested in contributing, drop us a message 👋
As always, thanks to our community for all the great support, and please feel free to reach out with any feedback, questions, or ideas.
